Calendar showing booking not made

Hi my calendar is showing a booking made from 5th November to 12th March 2017 on 2 properties but there are no bookings for these dates. How can I fix this to release the dates?

Check the date range price definition.  The dates you are referring to may be set as unavailable.  This is useful if you wish to block off large date ranges from the system.  Sometimes this can be configured by mistake.

To fix, log into your administration section.  Navigate to 'define prices and responses' change the price band from 'unavailable' to the price band of your choice.
